Letting Go Under the Full Moon

Lantijntjes · 30 July 2026

Each full moon arrives as an invitation to lighten what you carry. Full Moon Release is a simple, grounding practice built around three quiet tools.

Clear the room

Open a window if you can, then move through the space with a Cedar & Sage Smudge bundle. Let the smoke drift into the corners. This is less about scent than about intention, a signal to the room and to yourself that something is shifting.

Name what leaves

Write down what you are ready to release on a page of your Moon Phase Journal. Be honest and specific. When the words are outside of you, they are easier to set down.

Charge the stillness

Hold an Amethyst Point as you sit in the cleared space. Amethyst is calming and quiet, a stone long kept for stillness and reflection. Breathe until the intention to release feels settled, then close the practice.

You do not need to feel transformed. You only need to have begun the letting go.
