Orders and agreements When you place an order with Lantijntjes, it is a quiet agreement between us. We promise to prepare your pieces with care and send them on their way as soon as we are able. You promise to meet the order with the same gentleness. Pieces and availability Each crystal, candle, and charm is a small thing of nature, and sometimes a piece is resting elsewhere or has found a different home. If something you ordered is no longer available, we will let you know and offer a calm refund or exchange. Prices and payment All prices are shown with care and include the taxes of our region. Payment is taken at the moment your order is placed, and only then do we begin to gather your pieces. Liability We do our best to describe each piece honestly, yet we cannot carry the weight of how a piece is used once it leaves our hands. Lantijntjes is not liable for outcomes beyond the care we pour into every order. Changes to these terms From time to time we may tend these words so they stay true.
