A gentle return.
Sometimes a piece is not the right fit for your space, and that is a quiet thing to honour. If something needs to find a new home, here is how we make the return soft and unhurried.
The reflection window
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you would like to return it. There is no need to explain, only to listen to what feels right for you.
What can return
Pieces return best when they are unused and resting in their original packaging, with any cards or charms still present. This keeps them ready to meet the next person who needs them.
How to begin
Send a note to hello@lantijntjes.nl with your order number and the piece you are returning. We will reply with a calm set of steps and the address to send it to. Once we receive and gently check the item, your refund is sent within a few quiet days.
A few tender exceptions
For the wellbeing of everyone, opened incense, oils, and custom or made to order pieces cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or not as described. If something arrives less than whole, write to us and we will make it right.
